Computer Animation Adventure

How can I create a homemade movie, without using real people or drawing/computer animation?

I want to create an epic story involving violence, love, politics, loyalty & adventure. It wouldn’t need to be high tech looking. I’ve even thought about using puppets or modified action figures as my characters. Puppets wouldnt be taken seriously and action figures would have to me manipulated using strings or freeze photopgraphy. I have advanced knowledge of sounds and computers, but no drawing ability.

There is a game i have heard of, where u can create ur own characters (no drawing ability required, just choose features) and create a storyline, and its animated for you.
